Operated by a team of Licensed Midwives, we offer prenatal, postpartum, and birth services alongside our wellness team of holistic practitioners, such as naturopaths, nutritionists, acupuncturists, herbalists, cranial sacral therapists, and pelvic floor therapists.

Our Services
Exclusive Birth Package
Includes all prenatal care, labs ultrasounds, genetic testing, care for the birth, postpartum care up to 3 months and newborn care up to 6 weeks.

We offer Childbirth Education to equip expectant parents with essential knowledge and skills for labor, delivery, and early parenting, aiming for a positive birthing experience.

Postpartum Care
The postpartum period starts after your baby's birth. You'll be with your midwives at the birth center for 4-6 hours afterward for your baby's first health exam: the newborn exam.

Prenatal Care
Midwifery prenatal visits follow the standard obstetric schedule: every 4 weeks until 28 weeks, every 2 weeks from 28-37 weeks, then weekly until birth.

Fourth time mama shares her first experience with midwifery care:
When I became pregnant with my 4th child I knew I needed to find better prenatal care than I had experienced with my previous pregnancies.
What I found with Josie and Allison is what I can only describe as, a huge blessing. When I started meeting with Josie and Allison I felt genuinely cared for and coming from a typical OB office with my three other pregnancies, this was completely new to me. I was heard…every ache, pain, discomfort, concern was addressed. At every appointment we spent time talking about my health, my family, my emotions. They welcomed my three kids at every visit and my kids would actually look forward to my prenatal visits. I was encouraged the entire time. I had constant communication with Josie and Allison, they would text me recipes to help with the discomforts of pregnancy and always followed up with me. When I was in labor I can confidently say that they knew what I needed when I wasn’t even sure what I needed. They brought a calm and loving energy into the room while I brought my daughter into this world. I don’t feel I’d ever fully be able to explain the love and admiration I have for my labor team with my fourth baby but I’m beyond grateful that I was able to experience this level of care. My family will forever be grateful.
