Our Birth Package Includes
Prenatal
- All Prenatal visits 60-90 minutes depending on individual care
- All labs
- All medically necessary ultrasounds through Unique Ultrasound
- Hydration IVs for women suffering from hyperemesis/dehydration during pregnancy
- Hands on Spinning Babies instruction during prenatal visits
- Birth prep visit with your birth team ( partner, doula, etc.)
- Childbirth education class 3 week course, breastfeeding and Postpartum care class 2 week course for birthing person & partner. You will attend this in your third trimester
- Personal copy of the Tourmaline Guide Book with trimester by trimester information
- 30 minute massage with Tourmalines Massage Therapist - Rachel Bringleson (you may upgrade to an hour receiving a 50% discount)
- Phone consultation with our holistic therapist, Angela Smith
- Phone consultation with our Pelvic Floor Therapist Theresa Pulickal
- Free prenatal yoga classes every Tuesday at 6:30 pm and Thursday at 8:00am
Birth
- Midwifery Birth services without time restrictions
- All organic herbal remedies, tinctures and medications used during labor
- Use of a full kitchen, supplies and snacks (bring your own food to prepare during labor and postpartum)
Postpartum
- Postpartum Homevisits over the first two weeks
- Midwives on call 24/7 for mom and baby for any medical needs within our scope
- Postpartum care for mom and baby until 6 weeks
- 8 week well-person visit (including PAP if needed)
- 3 month check-up
- Postpartum care package (Baby onesie, peri bottle + herbs, and tincture)

Monitrice Package
- This package provides 5 prenatal visits, early labor support and postpartum care for clients planning to birth in the hospital.
Well-person care

- We offer a free 1 hour miscarriage support visit to anyone in the community in need of our support (in person or virtual) Call Tourmaline to schedule
